Coastal Flood Statement COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT - Portsmouth Seacoast  - Rockingham

There is an increasing risk for strong to severe thunderstorms and localized flash flooding on Thursday. High astronomical tides tonight bring waters levels close to flood stage, and may result in minor coastal flooding during the nighttime high tide cycle from Portland to Hampton. Daily chances for scattered showers and a few storms continue Friday into the weekend with breezy conditions on Friday and Saturday.
