* WHAT...Very cold temperatures and/or wind chills as low as 17
below expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Interior Cumberland and Interior York
Counties. In New Hampshire, Western and Central Hillsborough,
Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford, Sullivan, Southern Carroll,
Southern Grafton, and Cheshire Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
