There is a Slight Risk (level 2 out of 5) of severe storms this evening mainly near and east of I-29. Confidence is moderate to low on where these storms will form, as they may end up farther east into Minnesota. If storms do develop, they will be capable of producing winds over 70 mph and frequent lightning. While strong to damaging winds is the main concern, 1 inch diameter (quarter size) hail will also be possible.
