The heat wave continues across the panhandles today. This will see the highs once again go into the triple digits with the hotter spots breaching 110s. The heat risk remains major to extreme across the panhandles. Prolonged heat can compound so be sure to stay hydrated and cool. DO NOT leave people or pets in unattended vehicles as the heat inside can quickly become deadly.
