A Small Craft Advisory has been issued for the bays and Coastal Waters from Baffin Bay to the Matagorda Ship Channel. The SCA for the bays and near shore waters will expire at 1 PM and the offshore waters at 5 PM. North to northeast winds 20-25 knots and seas 5-9 feet can be expected. Conditions are expected to improve through the afternoon hours.
