With a couple of upcoming frost opportunities, Friday night into Saturday morning looks to be the most impactful with widespread frost likely across the state. Patchy frost is possible tonight, mainly south of Highway 3. Lows tonight will be in the mid 30s across much of the state, and potential cloud cover will limit frost in northern Iowa. Tomorrow night, lows will be near or below freezing in northern Iowa, with lows in the mid 30s across the southern half of the state.
