A Flood Watch remains in effect for parts of the Hill Country, southern Edwards Plateau, and Rio Grande Plains through noon Friday. There is the potential for life threatening flooding somewhere in the watch area. Additional rain totals of 2-4 inches with pockets of 8 inches in this region are possible.
