A Flood Watch will be in effect from 3 AM Friday - 4 AM Saturday for areas generally along and north of I-10. Waves of showers and storms will produce localized high rain rates and the potential for several inches of rain in a short time period. Heavy rain may lead to flooding of low-lying areas, rivers/creeks, and roads. Most likely rainfall amounts between 2-4”, with isolated higher amounts.
