Increasing moisture and slower moving thunderstorms will bring an increased potential for heavy rain over short durations late this afternoon and early evening. Flooding concerns will be concentrated along the I-95 corridor with the highest threat being in the urban/city areas, especially in areas or on roadways with poor drainage. Drive with caution and never attempt to drive through flooded roads - turn around, don't drown!
